Lydia wanted a unique look and textured paper, but an elegant and vintage feel. No worries we told her. When paired with her color palette of deep purple and green, the swirls simply, enhanced the look. The pairing of the fonts, a script with old world charm, paired with a traditional block, added nicely as well. To make things a little modern, the response card is a two sided post card.

I Scream, We All Scream – Ice Cream Social Shower
Lee Ann called; she needed something fast! Could we do it? Of course. She owns an ice cream parlor in Concord, Moo Town, and was giving a shower and needed invitations in a couple days. No problem; not even for our custom designs. So, Brandi, one of our Designer/Illustrators, created this cute design. The proverbial cherry on top? The envelope liner filled with ice cream cones!
Save the Date – Jennifer & Mac – Love Knots
Together since high school, Jennifer and Mac are getting married. The date, well, it’s sharing the stage with this beautiful and incredibly fun couple. Mac told us the secrets of getting the numbers to hang just right. Oh, did you think we would tell you? No way, is a secret!
The couple chose a beautiful William Arthur design for their invitation. We submitted custom artwork and swirl for them.
The design, tall and stately just like them! We’re thrilled to show their design on their wedding day! We know they will have a wedding as beautiful as they are!
Happy Earth Day!
Save the Date Saturday – Inspiration Board (Sarah & Joseph)
Sarah and Joseph are getting married in Ireland. The wedding will be small, less than five people, but they are having a beautiful reception after they return. They wanted to give their guests plenty of notice. Oh wait, let me tell you one key part, Sarah LOVES stationery!
So, their Save the Date is pretty complex. It is textured paper that is duplexed (this means we glued two pieces of paper together) so it is EXTRA thick! Also, the back has a printed pattern. Melissa, one of our talented Graphic Designers and Illustrators, drew the lanterns and created the pattern for the back.
For the Bridal Shower invitation, we interpreted the same pattern, but in a different way, and changed the hot pink to a medium pink.
